My name is Oxana Grama and I am a jobcoach and a certified systemic coach for expats in Germany.
In 2009, I graduated from the Philological Faculty of Saint Petersburg State University and came to Berlin to get a Master's degree at the Humbolt University Berlin. Back then I didn’t know that this wonderful city would become my second home.
Today I have more than 12 years of successful career in German, international, as well as Russian-speaking companies in Germany. This unique experience allows me to approach the issue of career consultancy in an individual and effective manner.
I am happy to share my knowledge and support my clients in optimizing their strategy for job search as well as integration in Germany.
In 2023 I upscaled my professional qualification by completing a women leadership programme from a famous business school and in 2024 I successfully passed the exam to get a certification in systemic coaching from the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce IHK.
Oh wait, who are expats? We are talking about qualified specialists, often with higher or specialized education, who are open to employment and integration in the foreign (in our case, German) market.
